The PGA Tour returns to California’s Pacific Coast, making its way to the Monterey Bay Peninsula for the season’s first official Signature Event. This tournament takes place at two iconic courses: Pebble Beach Golf Links and Spyglass Hill. Pebble Beach is renowned for being one of the most visually stunning courses in the world, featuring breathtaking views of Carmel Bay and the Pacific Ocean as it winds along the rugged coastline of the Monterey Peninsula. As is typical for coastal courses, winds play a significant role in the challenges golfers face here.
The best way to watch the best golfers in the world navigate Pebble Beach is with our new in-tournament leaderboard, which tracks 45+ metrics live per round!

This year’s event features the strongest field to date, with 27 of the top 30-ranked golfers in attendance. The only players absent are Justin Thomas (injury), Patrick Reed (ineligible), and Bryson DeChambeau (LIV).
Rory McIlroy is competing in his first PGA event of the year, aiming to defend his title at Pebble Beach and secure the first signature event of the season. World No. 4 Tommy Fleetwood is also making his debut in the U.S. after recently winning the 2025 FedEx Cup.
Both golfers will face tough competition, particularly from Scottie Scheffler, who enters as the heavy favorite (+300). Scheffler has already demonstrated his championship form by recently winning the American Express and finishing tied for third in Scottsdale last week.
